The only Czech ski race on the Visma Ski Classics pro tour, Jizerska 50, has reached an important historic milestone. The event has received its 200,000th participant making the 50 km race one of the most prestigious sport events in the country and in Europe.
"You would hardly find any other Czech sport event attracting as many enthusiasts as Jizerska 50, and that is, what makes Jizerska 50 really unique," the organisers declare with pride. "It is a sovereign ruler among winter events. The 53rd year will take place in February 2020, and another record number of those interested has been announced. 2,000 starting numbers have been sold, and the number is getting higher every day."
Jizerska 50 is the 8th race in the Visma Ski Classics Season X calendar and it takes place on February 9, 2020.
