The Swedish Pro Skier Evelina Bångman, who represented Team Mäenpää, has now left the Finnish outfit to be part of Team Rustad IL Oslo. Rustad IL is one of Norway’s largest ski clubs, and they aim to create a good platform for young and talented skiers to develop themselves and strive for great success. The Pro Team finished 15th in the Pro Team competition last winter, and with the new recruit Bångman the team is aiming to climb higher in the final results. Bångman won the Youth Champion title two years in a row; in 2017 and 2018, and her best results from last season are her 16th place at Marcialonga and 18th at Vasaloppet. She is supported by a strong cast of male skiers such as Ståle Fenstad, Runar Hermo and Thomas Giftstad.
