Pro Team Director
Linnea HolstNTNUI Ski Team, Norway’s only fully student-run Pro Team, undergoes a major changing of the guard for Season XVIII.
All athletes are full-time students at NTNU in Trondheim, balancing high-level cross-country skiing with academic life. The setup remains one of the most distinctive in Ski Classics, a team built entirely around combining student life with competitive racing.
Linnea Holst takes over as Pro Team Director, replacing Aud Øyen Halås, who departs the team along with four other athletes from last season’s roster. Only Ferdinand Fremming and Ida F. Mathiesen stay on. Fremming had a breakthrough Season XVII, climbing to #290 in the SC Ranking.
Five new athletes join for Season XVIII: Erik Munch-Finne, Halvor Bakken, Andreas Skjelle, Signe Fjeld Bjonviken, and Holst herself, who doubles as both director and athlete.
