A new weekend is approaching with four Ski Classics events. Pustertaler Ski Marathon, Prato Piazza Mountain Challenge as Pro Tour events, Craft Ski Marathon, and OnePartnerGroup Ski Marathon Östersund as Challengers.
On Sunday, January 15, it’s time for the OnePartnerGroup Ski Marathon Östersund in Sweden. The 42km long-distance skiing race is part of the Ski Classics Challengers circuit, starting and finishing at the Östersund Ski Stadium.
The mass-start event is carried out in classic style, and shorter distances like 19km, 10km, and 5km are also offered. The longer distances, 42 and 19km are seeding races for Vasaloppet and Tjejvasan.
The Challengers 42km event is planned to start with a master lap of about 4.5km and, after that, two laps on a 19km loop.
