The Ski Classics Challengers event, the Marathon International de Bessans, took place this Saturday, featuring a 30km long-distance ski race in classic technique in Bessans, France. Check out the results.
After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in France saw fierce battles for all podium places. Ultimately, Thomas Ødegaarden, Team Eksjöhus, and Daphné Patois, i3 Ski Team, claimed victory in their respective races with solid performances.
Marathon International de Bessans – 30km Men’s Race
In the men’s event, Pro Team athletes filled the entire podium. Thomas Ødegaarden, Team Eksjöhus, took the victory in a time of 1:28:48.0.
Thomas Joly, Team Ramudden, finished second, 2:14.0 behind, while Nathan Jouannon, Team Nordic Expérience / Coste – Fromagerie Marcel Petite, secured third place, 2:18.0 back.

Marathon International de Bessans – 30km Women’s Race
In the women’s competition, Daphné Patois, i3 Ski Team, secured the win with a time of 1:46:49.0.
Hanna Fine, Team Slavia Pojišťovna Robinson Trentino, finished second, 28.0 seconds behind the winner, followed by Laurie Flochon Joly, Team Futura GTE Trentino, who completed the podium in third place, 1:50.0 back.
