After Saturday’s victory at Grönklitt Classic, Team Ramudden’s Emilie Fleten reached a milestone, winning five Ski Classics Pro Tour events in total, which also means that she became a new Ski Classics Legend, and her name is now carved in the Ski Classics Hall of Fame forever. On Sunday, she added another victory to her records at Grönklitt ITT.
To become a Legend, a Pro Team athlete must win at least five individual events, with races before the first season of Ski Classics also counting. And now, Emilie Fleten has achieved this incredible feat reserved for only a few of the best long-distance skiers ever.

To get one victory in Ski Classics is a milestone for every skier; to win a second time is twice as difficult. To get five victories and become a Legend is a lifetime achievement reserved for the very few. Fleten becomes the 22nd Legend in the history of Ski Classics.

Emilie Fleten has started this season amazingly well with her victory at Bad Gastein Criterium and Venosta Criterium, 2nd position at La Venosta ITT, 3rd at 3 Zinnen Ski Marathon, 2nd at Engadin La Diagonela, another win at Marcialonga, and her 5th total win, valid for the record, at Grönklitt Classic. The next day, the Pro Team athlete had already won her sixth Pro Tour event at Grönklitt ITT.

Those wins this season have come after exceptional performances. With these season results, Fleten has a great chance to get more prestigious victories this winter; thus, her Legend status can be firmly solidified.
In Ski Classics Season XV, Emilie Fleten leads all but the Youth competition (she is 31, and the Youth competition is for athletes aged 26 or below). Fleten leads the Champion competition with 1510 points, the Sprint competition with 206 points, and the Climb bib competition with 216 points.

In terms of the Ski Classics Legends, to name a few of the Ski Classics stars, Britta Johansson Norgren has the most significant number of victories with 25 wins, while Emil Persson and Andreas Nygaard have 18. Anders Aukland and Seraina Boner are right behind with 16 and 15 wins, respectively, while Stanislav Řezáč and Astrid Øyre Slind have 14 stage victories.
