Amund Hoel, Team Engcon, won the 7-kilometer-long Bad Gastein ITT (Individual Time Trial) today in Sportgastein, Austria.
Amund Hoel, Team Engcon, won the Ski Classics Pro Tour event Bad Gastein ITT with a solid performance. Hoel completed the first Pro Tour stage of Ski Classics Season XVI in a total time of 15:11.2.
Second place with a remarkable performance went to Ole Jørgen Bruvoll, Team Engcon, 4.6 seconds back. Third place went to Amund Riege, Team Ramudden, 7.5 seconds behind the winner.
Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, and Petter Stakston, also from Team Aker Dæhlie, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th place, tied with the same time.
Honorable mention for the athlete Marcus Johansson, starting his 100th Pro Tour event at Bad Gastein ITT today. The Lager 157 Ski Team skier finished the race in the 76th position.
