Today Lager 157 Ski Team arranged a roller ski training competition over 70 km in Orsa Grönklitt.
Anton Karlsson, Lager 157 Ski Team and Lina Korsgren, Team Ramudden showed good form and won the race.
Anton finished strong and caught up and passed Max Novak, Team Ramudden, on the last lap. Lina won almost four and a half minutes ahead of Britta Johansson Norgren, Lager 157 Ski Team.
About 40 skiers were invited to the training competition and on the men’s side, Max Novak looked powerful when he left Anton Karlsson, Andreas Holmberg, Bob Impola and Daniel Rickardsson behind.
On the last lap, Novak had a lead of 1.40 minutes and looked like a clear winner. Anton Karlsson, however, wanted something different and did an impressive finish. He caught up Novak and passed him immediately and took the victory by a margin of 36 seconds.
Bob Impola, SK Bore, was third, 1.49 behind, Andreas Holmberg, Lager 157 Ski Team, was 3.19 behind as fourth (with a pole break) and Daniel Rickardsson, Hudiksvalls IF, finished fifth 4.21 behind the Karlsson.
On the women’s side, Lina Korsgren and Britta Johansson Norgren lay together for a long time. When Pontus Nordström, Östervåla IF, passed, Lina managed to follow him but Britta couldn’t. Lina finished very strong and was ahead of Nordström over the finish line with a margin of 4.27 to Britta. Elin Mohlin, Lager 157 Ski Team, was third just over half a minute behind Britta.
