The Ski Classics Pro Tour Season XVII continues this weekend with Engadin La Diagonela in Switzerland on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Below you’ll find the key updates, start times, and where to follow everything live.
Engadin La Diagonela
Engadin La Diagonela returns on Saturday, January 17. Known as Switzerland’s premier ski competition in classic technique and the third event of the Ski Classics Pro Tour Season XVII.
Since joining the Pro Tour in 2014, Engadin La Diagonela has been defined by three key elements: spectacular natural scenery, high altitude above 1,800 meters, and an unmatched atmosphere in the Engadin Valley.
Recent updates
Due to limited snowfall, the distance has been adjusted from 55 km to 47 km. The updated course starts in Pontresina and features two 9 km opening laps with a challenging climb. Followed by the traditional route to the finish in Zuoz.
The Premium Sprint is now located after 5.7 km at the San Gian church ruins.
Since the course passes a railroad, the start times will be changed as follows:
- 9:32 CET: Men Pro Teams athletes
- 9:38 CET: Women Pro Team athletes
- 10:55 CET: Recreational skiers
