Team Ramudden from Sweden is currently the number one Pro Team, and they are fiercely going to defend the title when the new season starts in Orsa, Sweden, just before Christmas. The women in the team performed extremely well last winter, and Lina Korsgren took home the yellow jersey. This summer, Max Novak has been almost unbeatable on roller-skis, and his victory at Alliansloppet last weekend was certainly a storm warning for the others in the Visma Ski Classics circuit.
However, not everything is fine and dandy in the house of Korsgrens as some of the team members are fighting some injuries.
“Right now, we just have problems with injuries in our ladies’ team. Both Ida Dahl and Jenny Larsson are struggling. Our new girl Ida Palmberg is Ok but had a blood infection after a fall when running. So, she had to check into the ER and stayed at the hospital for a couple of days,” Gustaf Korsgren, the team director, reveals about his team.
The good thing for the team is that the Champion Lina Korsgren is doing well.
”Lina, she’s in shape, but knock on wood…,” Gustaf continues.
