Ski Classics proudly announces that qualification for the Grand Finale Summit 2 Senja is now open — giving recreational skiers the chance to take part in the spectacular Grand Finale event Summit 2 Senja, awarded Event of Season XIV and XVI.
The 60km-long course, starting in Bardufoss and finishing in Finnsnes, has quickly become one of the most celebrated events on the Ski Classics calendar. With breathtaking mountain-to-fjord scenery and a festive season-ending atmosphere, the event is now officially recognized as the highlight of the Ski Classics Season.
How to Qualify
To secure a place on the start line, skiers must achieve one of the following during Season XVII:
- Complete one Ski Classics Pro Tour event within the winner’s time + 50%, or
- Complete two Ski Classics Challengers events within the same time limit.
Those who meet the criteria will receive a Grand Finale Qualifier Pin on their SC MyPages account, giving access to registration. A total of 250 start positions are available for recreational participants, in addition to the Pro Team athletes.
A Unique Opportunity
For the second time, dedicated recreational skiers can experience the same Grand Finale as the world’s best Pro Tour athletes — making Summit 2 Senja a truly inclusive celebration of the sport.
Registration
Once the Qualifier Pin appears, skiers may register through SC Events → All Ski Classics Events on SC MyPages. Due to limited availability, early registration is strongly recommended.
