NRK, the Norwegian public service broadcaster, has been the media partner in Norway broadcasting Visma Ski Classics for five years. After a successful cooperation both parties have agreed to enter a prolonged five-year agreement including the 2025/2026 season.

NRK is one of the world leading media company in winter sports and for them to follow the coming battles int not the least the female between the Norwegian all time winter olympian leader Marit Björgen and last five seasons long distance dominant Swedish Britta Johansson Norgren have the potential to become epic.” says Visma Ski Classics CEO David Nilsson

“We have been very pleased with Visma Ski Classics, and we have seen the interest increasing along with more and more well-known athletes participating in the tour. For example, it will be nice to see a profile like Marit Bjørgen competing again this winter,” says Egil Sundvor, NRK.
