This Finnish Pro Team has a lot of experience in the field of Nordic skiing, but not necessarily that much in Visma Ski Classics. The skiers in the team race because of their passion for the sport, not to be in the top collecting points for the team.

Laura Toivainen has represented Finland at five biathlon World Championships and at the 2018 Olympics while Maija Hakala has been in the top-10 at the Finnish Nationals many times.

The male skiers have participated in various long distance ski events and other ski races, and Olli-Pekka Taivainen has a successful ski-orienteering career with his silver and bronze medals at the World Ski Orienteering Championships. Santeri Ryhänen, Jussi Häkkinen and Markku Kouva are established master skiers while Mikael Lähteenmäki, Kalle Liukkonen and Lauri Linnainmaan are at their 30s with various results in cross-country ski races.

The director Kalle Liukkunen sums up his team's goal by saying that they are on the mission to spread the good gospel of long distance skiing.

"Team Electrofit consists of both clients and coaches. Everybody comes from a different background, have separate day to day job and they all really love double-poling. Electrofit provides coaching services and organizes ski trips for active skiers to the Visma Ski Classic races. The main goal for the team is to have fun and ski hard. Even just a few points for the team will be a victory. We hope that our stories encourages people to get on the skiing tracks and pursue their dreams!"
