Team Robinson Trentino is preparing for season XI and the Italian team is growing.
“Our team is getting bigger and bigger and we have signed a talented French guy, Matis Leray, who will be part of our Pro Team,” says Pro Team Manager Bruno Debertolis.
Matis Leray is 21 years old. In season X he was in 35th place at Toblach-Cortina, not competing for a Pro Team. He also achieved a 6th place in the Challengers race Les Belles Combes.
“Matis Leray is a very talented young guy from France who will be part of our Pro Team. The Team is getting bigger and bigger and we will also recruit four young athletes to the "Avenir"-group which is for promising young athletes,” says Bruno Debertolis.
Team Robinson Trentino will have several training camps in the coming months.
“During this summer we will have two one day training camps in Val d'Adige at the cycling road between Trento and Bolzano. We will combine these training camps with World Classics Tour events,” Debertolis informs.
“Then we will have a five-day camp in Predazzo at the end of July,” he continues.
Another thing for the Team is the start of their Double Poling Academy:
“During the fall we will begin a new adventure with the Double Poling Academy. This will occupy our Pro Team during three more training camps in September, October and November. The last one is just three days before the Prologue weekend in Livigno.”
“Here young skiers and recreational skiers will find something new in the Italian cross country ski landscape, states Debertolis.
