Pustertaler Ski Marathon and Prato Piazza Mountain Challenge marked Season XIV’s fourth and fifth Ski Classics events. These are the rankings and bib-holders in various overall competitions.

On Saturday, at the Pustertaler Ski Marathon, Swedish Pro Tour athletes crushed the field at Pustertaler Ski Marathon with solid victories from Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski, and Ida Dahl, Team Engcon.

On Sunday, the unstoppable Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, and Norwegian Astrid Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, dominated the race and won Prato Piazza Mountain Challenge, the fifth event of Ski Classics Season XIV and the first Iconic Climb this season.

CHAMPION COMPETITION

When we look at the Ski Classics general classification, after Pustertaler Ski Marathon and Prato Piazza Mountain Challenge, the Yellow Champion Bib Competition still belongs to Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, and Ida Dahl, Team Engcon.

In the men’s battle for overall, the Yellow bib rests on Emil Persson’s shoulders. Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, leads the Champion competition with 900 points after his double wins this weekend. 

Second place overall is now Kasper Stadaas, Team Ragde Charge, with 501 points, followed by the new third place overall Morten Eide Pedersen, Team Eksjöhus, with 491 points.

In the women’s overall, Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, is in the lead with 850 points, now followed by Magni Smedås, Team Eksjöhus, with 610 points. Overall, Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, is now in third place with 600 points. 

SPRINT COMPETITION

After the Sprint checkpoints this weekend, Alfred Buskqvist, Team Ramudden, carries the Green bib of the men’s Sprint competition with 78 points. Vebjørn Moen, Team Aker Dæhlie, is the new second place with 68 points, and Lorenzo Busin, Team Internorm Alpenplus Trentino, keeps the third position with 58 points.

Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, is also the Green bib holder with 103 points. Anikken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Ragde Charge, follows as the new second place with 60 points. Jenny Larsson, Team Ragde Charge, keeps third place with 52 points. 

CLIMB COMPETITION

After the weekend and with Prato Piazza in the game as the first Iconic Climb of Season XIV, Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, with 98 points, and Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, with 144 points, are carrying the bib in the Climb Competition.

For the men, Johan Hoel, Team Ragde Charge, is now in second place with 90 points, followed by Kasper Stadaas, also from Team Ragde Charge, in third place, with 64 points.

In the women’s Climb competition, Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, leads with 144 points. Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, is now in second place with 109 points, closely followed by Astrid Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, in third with 108 points.

YOUTH COMPETITION

The Pink bibs in the Youth Competition are resting on the shoulders of Herman Paus, tied with Amund Riege, both from Team Ramudden, and Karolina Hedenström, Lager 157 Ski Team, with 455 and 453 points, respectively.

Thomas Ødegaarden, Team XPND Fuel, with 383 points, is in third place for the Youth bib overall.

Karolina Hedenström, Lager 157 Ski Team, leads with 453 points. Ida Palmberg, Team Ramudden, is in second place with 343 points, followed by Hanna Lodin, Ski Team Göhlins, in third place for the Pink bib with 251 points.

PRO TEAM COMPETITION

Team Ramudden is now leading the Pro Team Competition with 860 points, followed by Lager 157 Ski Team with 820 points.

Team Aker Dæhlie sits in third place overall with 780 points after the Pustertaler Ski Marathon and Prato Piazza Mountain Challenge weekend.
