Grönklitt ITT, the tenth Ski Classics event of Season XV, took place this Sunday in Sweden. Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, and Kasper Stadaas, Team Ragde Charge, were the fastest in the 13.7-kilometer-long race, proving their form throughout the entire race and abilities in individual competitions.
The Individual Time Trial in Orsa Grönklitt, Sweden, saw Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, and Kasper Stadaas, Team Ragde Charge, winning the tenth Ski Classics Season XV event.
A fierce battle between the athletes marked the 13.7-kilometer race organized as a time trial with individual starts. The gap between the skiers was 1 minute, with the women starting from 8:00 CET and the men from 9:45 CET.
GRÖNKLITT ITT – WOMEN’S RACE
In the women’s competition, Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, crushed today’s Individual Time Trial competition. It was her second win this weekend and her fifth victory this season.
Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, showed a strong performance throughout the race and, at the 3.6km split, was already in second place, only 0.3 seconds behind Anniken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Ragde Charge, with Moa Lundgren, Team Ragde Charge, and Louise Lindström, Team Eksjöhus, closely following, 3.3 seconds back.
In the 10.2km split, Fleten was already in the lead and 29.1 seconds ahead of Gjerde Alnæs, now in second place, and 54.3 seconds ahead of Silje Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, in third position.
At the finish, Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, won with a solid margin of 53.8 seconds over Anniken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Ragde Charge, and left Silje Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, with the remaining place on the podium, finishing 1:38.5 behind the winner.
Moa Lundgren, Team Ragde Charge, finished in the 4th position, 1:41.3 behind, and Louise Lindström, Team Eksjöhus, ended up in the 5th place, 1:49.0 back.

GRÖNKLITT ITT – MEN’S RACE
In the men’s field, Kasper Stadaas, Team Ragde Charge, was the fastest in today’s Pro Tour event and proved his abilities in all kinds of races, from mass-start long-distance races to shorter events and individual starts.
It was back-to-back wins to Stadaas this weekend. Throughout the race, at the first split mark at 3.6km, Kasper Stadaas had a tight fight with Amund Hoel, Team Engcon, and Alvar Myhlback, Lager 157 Ski Team. Kasper was only 2.1 seconds behind Hoel and 3.0 seconds ahead of Myhlback.
At the 10.2km split, Stadaas had already reversed his deficit and was 5.9 seconds ahead of Myhlback and 10.0 seconds ahead of Oskar Kardin, Lager 157 Ski Team, with Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, and Johan Hoel, Team Ragde Charge, trying to regain terrain and close the timing difference.
At the finish, Kasper Stadaas, Team Ragde Charge, won with a small margin and a total time of 34:07.6. Alvar Myhlback, Lager 157 Ski Team, finished in second place, 5.8 seconds behind the winner and conquered his first Ski Classics Pro Tour podium.
The battle for the remaining podium place was fierce as Oskar Kardin, Lager 157 Ski Team, could finish in the third position, 14.0 seconds behind the winner and leaving Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, in 4th place, and Johan Hoel, Team Ragde Charge, in the 5th position.

After Grönklitt ITT, Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, and Kasper Stadaas, Team Ragde Charge, lead the Champion Bib Competition. Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, and Amund Hoel, Team Engcon, are carrying the Green bib of the Sprint Competition.
Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, and Kasper Stadaas, Team Ragde Charge, carry the bib for the Climb Competition. The Pink Bib for the best Youth rests on Karolina Hedenström, Lager 157 Ski Team, and Axel Jutterström, Team Eksjöhus.
Team Eksjöhus is the best-ranked Pro Team after Grönklitt ITT Season XV.
The Season XV of Ski Classics Pro Tour consists of 15 events on 11 event weekends in 6 different countries.
