Trysil Skimaraton is a long-distance cross-country ski race that has been organized for over 20 years with excellent track quality and a unique atmosphere, taking place in Østby, Trysil, in the eastern part of Norway, close to the Swedish border.
The event, which is a seeding race for Vasaloppet and Birkebeinerrennet, traverses wood areas, open countryside, and through mountain terrain, with approximately 600 skiers taking part each year in the 42km long-distance race in classic technique that is part of the Ski Classics Challengers. A 21km event is also available.
Trysil Skimaraton will be held this winter season on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Registrations are already open!
