Craft Ski Marathon is for many Swedish recreational skiers the kick-off for the race season, taking place at the beginning of January.
The event attracts 800-900 skiers each year, with both recreational and professional skiers on the starting line.
The course is 21km over 2 laps making a total of 42km in classic technique. The start and finish is at the Grönklitt ski metropolis just 10km away from Mora, famous for the finish of Vasaloppet.
"We look forward to once again welcoming skiers to Grönklitt and the 11th edition of the Craft Ski Marathon. This year we hope to be able to offer a bigger event for both participants and audience," says the Local Organizing Committee.
