On Saturday, August 30, 2025, Alliansloppet will take place in Sweden and for another year as a Ski Classics Challengers event.
Alliansloppet is the world’s largest roller ski event, attracting around 1,300 participants each year. Held in Trollhättan, a Swedish city renowned for its dramatic waterfalls, the event covers a legendary 16km loop completed three times through scenic landscapes.
The event brings together some of the world’s top Pro Team athletes and World Cup skiers looking to test their form during the summer training season. The relatively easy course is also ideal for beginners and recreational skiers taking part in their first roller ski race. Alliansloppet also holds the distinction of being the first official seeding roller ski race for the renowned Vasaloppet.
