Swedish Anton Järnberg wins the Pro Team Director of the year award after Visma Ski Classics Season X. Anton is the third to receive the prize after previous winners Czech Lukas Bauer and German Sven Münch.
Anton Järnberg has been Pro Team Director for nine consecutive seasons, first for Helsinge Ski Team and the past seasons for Lager 157 Ski Team. Over the years Anton has contributed not only to develop his Pro Team to one of the top contenders in Visma Ski Classics but also to enhance the interested for long distance skiing in general in his home country Sweden. Lager 157 Ski Team, with Anton Järnberg as Pro Team Director, have been among the best three Pro Teams overall for four consecutive years. In Season X, the Pro Team’s male athletes took a big step forward and managed to get four podium places, of which two were victories. The female yellow champion bib they have won the last five seasons in a row.
