The Ski Classics Challengers event Klarälvsloppet, a 90km long-distance roller skiing race in classic technique, took place today in Karlstad, Sweden. Check out the results.
Several Ski Classics Pro Team athletes tested their shape in Sweden’s 90km long-distance race, starting in Uddeholm and finishing in Karlstad. After a demanding day on the road, Amund Riege, Team Aker Dæhlie, and Stina Nilsson, Team Ragde Charge, crossed the line first in their respective races.
Klarälvsloppet – Men’s Race
Amund Riege, Team Aker Dæhlie, won the race with a total time of 3:36:16.7.
Håvard Taugbøl, Team Ragde Charge, finished in second place, 0.6 seconds behind, followed by Alvar Myhlback, Lager 157 Ski Team, 0.7 seconds behind and completing the podium in third position.

Klarälvsloppet – Women’s Race
Stina Nilsson, Team Ragde Charge, won the race with a total time of 4:01:05.9.
Hanna Lodin, Team Engcon, finished in second place, 2:14.2 behind, followed by Kati Roivas, Team Aker Dæhlie, 3:36.7 behind and completing the podium in third position.

As the Klarälvsloppet 90km roller skiing race is a Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes can collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective genders.
