Craft Ski Marathon is, for many Swedish recreational skiers, the kick-off for the race season, taking place at the beginning of January.
The event attracts 800-900 skiers yearly, with recreational and professional skiers on the starting line.
The course for the season 2024/2025 is about 15km over 3 laps, making a total of 42km in classic technique. The start and finish are at the Grönklitt ski metropolis, just 10km away from Mora, famous for the finish of Vasaloppet.
