La Saireda Roseg became part of the Ski Classics Challengers circuit with a 7.5km course (11.5km for the 2025 edition) from Pontresina to the Hotel Roseg Gletscher (finish at Pontresina for the 2025 edition) in Switzerland. The event is part of La Diagonela weekend and will take place on Thursday, January 15, 2026, with a 9km mass start event for the next edition.
The Engadin La Diagonela has established itself as Switzerland’s largest classic technique cross-country ski race. In addition to the existing classic technique races – La Diagonela (part of the Ski Classics Pro Tour calendar), La Pachifica (25km), and La Cuorta (6km) – and the free technique race and Ski Classics Challengers event, La Sfida (28km), the La Diagonela weekend opens with La Saireda Roseg over 9km into Val Roseg.
