Ski Classics ends Season XIV with Reistadløpet and the brand-new Ski Classics Finale Summit 2 Senja in Norway this weekend. After yesterday’s Challengers event, Flyktningerennet, these are the rankings, bib-holders, and changes in various overall competitions.

SKI CLASSICS CHALLENGERS
As Flyktningerennet is a Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes could collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective gender.

CHAMPION COMPETITION
When we look at the Ski Classics general classification, the Yellow Champion Bib Competition belongs to Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, and Ida Dahl, Team Engcon.
In the men’s battle for overall, the Yellow bib rests on Emil Persson’s shoulders. Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, leads the Champion competition with 2322 points after Birkebeinerrennet, followed by Andreas Nygaard, Team Ragde Charge, with 1443 points.
The new third place overall, after his 8th place at Flyktningerennet, is Kasper Stadaas, Team Ragde Charge, who gained 43 points at the Ski Classics Challengers event, and has a total of 1432 points.
The fight for the 2nd place overall promises to be electrifying, with only 25 points separating Andreas Nygaard (2nd – 1443 points), Kasper Stadaas (3rd – 1432 points), and MaxNovak (4th – 1418 points).
In the women’s overall, Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, is in the lead with a total of 2105 points, followed by Magni Smedås, Team Eksjöhus, with 2050 points and only 55 behind the leader.
Third place overall is Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, with 1834 points.
SPRINT COMPETITION
After no Sprint checkpoints at Birkebeinerrennet, Alfred Buskqvist, Team Ramudden, carries the Green bib of the men’s Sprint competition with 246 points.
Vebjørn Moen, Team Aker Dæhlie, is the second place with 208 points, and Lorenzo Busin, Team Internorm Alpenplus Trentino, keeps the third position with 114 points.
After Birkebeinerrennet, Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, keeps the Green bib with 190 points. Anikken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Ragde Charge, is in second place with 187 points, and Magni Smedås, Team Eksjöhus, is in third place with 185 points.
CLIMB COMPETITION
After two Climb checkpoints at Birkebeinerrennet, including Raudfjellet Iconic Climb, Johan Hoel, Team Ragde Charge, with 227 points, and Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, with 374 points, are carrying the bib in the Climb Competition.
On the men’s side, Johan Hoel, Team Ragde Charge, now leads the Climb competition with 227 points. Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, is in second place with 202 points, followed by Herman Paus, Team Ramudden, in third place, with 117 points.
In the women’s Climb competition, Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, leads with 374 points. Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, is in second place with 215 points, followed by Astrid Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, in third with 196 points.
YOUTH COMPETITION
The Pink bibs in the Youth Competition are resting on the shoulders of Amund Riege, Team Ramudden, and Karolina Hedenström, Lager 157 Ski Team, with 1331 and 1452 points, respectively.
Amund Riege, Team Ramudden, is leading with 1331 points. Petter Stakston, Team Aker Dæhlie, is in second place with 1224 points, and Herman Paus, Team Ramudden, with 1056 points, is in third place for the Youth bib overall.
Karolina Hedenström, Lager 157 Ski Team, is leading with 1452 points. Hanna Lodin, Ski Team Göhlins, is now in second place with 804 points, followed by Ida Palmberg, Team Ramudden, in third place for the Pink bib with 774 points.
PRO TEAM COMPETITION
Lager 157 Ski Team is leading the Pro Team Competition with 1960 points. Second place is now Team Aker Dæhlie, with 1930 points.
Team Ramudden sits in third place overall with 1885 points after Birkebeinerrennet.
GRAND CLASSICS
The Grand Classics events are the four largest and most prestigious in Ski Classics: Marcialonga, Jizerská50, Vasaloppet, and Birkebeinerrennet.
After Birkebeinerrennet, the fourth and final Grand Classics Season XIV, Andreas Nygaard, Team Ragde Charge, won the men’s Grand Classics overall with 1035 points. Second place went to Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, with 822 points, followed by Kasper Stadaas, Team Ragde Charge, in third place with 712 points.
In the women’s competition, Magni Smedås, Team Eksjöhus, won the Grand Classics overall with 1020 points. Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, followed in second place with 855 points. Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, with 675 points, finished in third position.

Next up is Reistadløpet on April 1 and Summit 2 Senja on April 2. The events mark the 13th and 14th Ski Classics stages and the final weekend of Season XIV.
