The team – Team Nordic Jobs Worldwide – was founded in order to bring new freshness and power to Estonian skiing. In the previous season we decided to expand the team and make it more international. This was definitely the right move at that time and the lessons learned, gained were very valuable. But among that process we had lost our core essence of the team and the reason why we are actually doing it – we want to give young Estonian athletes an outlet for racing, a dream to chase. Now we are bringing it back closer to our hearts and main goal!
