Pro Team Director
Anton JärnbergLager 157 Ski Team, one of the oldest teams in Ski Classics, enters Season XVIII after a historic Vasaloppet in which its athletes swept the top five places in the men’s race.
Oskar Kardin took his first Vasaloppet victory, with Alvar Myhlback second and Nils Dahlsten third.
Competing under the same name since 2014, the Swedish Pro Team has around 60 victories to its name, backed by several long-standing partners, and continues to battle to be one of the top Pro Teams on the circuit.
The men’s squad is unchanged: Kardin, Myhlback, Dahlsten, Runar Skaug Mathisen, Einar Kalland-Olsen and Season XIV overall champion Emil Persson all continue. Myhlback, who became the youngest Vasaloppet winner in 2025, has started the new season in form. He won the 50km Blink Classics roller ski race in August and finished third at the Ski Classics Challengers event Klarälvsloppet in September, 0.7 seconds behind the winner.
The women’s side has been reshaped. Jenny Larsson, a regular on the podium who finished third at Marcialonga last winter and won Tjejvasan in 2025, has left for Team Engcon, and Linnea Johansson has moved to The Youth Team.
Karolina Hedenström, third in last season’s Youth competition, continues, joined by Anja Stolpe, who moves up from The Youth Team after finishing second in the Youth competition, and Moa Hansson, a former U23 World Championships gold medalist who arrives from Ski Team Göhlins after finishing eighth at Vasaloppet in 2025.
