The i3 Ski Team emerged from the Team Feclaz Formation Longue Distance project founded three years ago, in May 2020, by Marc Desseux, Pierre Belingheri, and Emilien Buisson, with a double purpose: train young athletes both on traditional distances and introduce them to long-distance racing, initially in France.
The project made good progress over the years, and now, the new i3 Ski Team by CS La Feclaz wants to introduce the oldest and most successful athletes to the highest level, allowing them to discover Ski Classics.
"The team's goal is to participate in the Ski Classics to provide our athletes medium- and long-term prospects. For Ski Classics, we truly aim to establish ourselves among the top teams on the circuit in the medium term, top 10 or better, and professionalize our team to give our athletes opportunities of ambitious careers," says Marc Desseux, Pro Team Director for the i3 Ski Team.
