Ski Classics

This Pro Team is gearing up for its second season in Ski Classics. After securing the 27th position in the Pro Team ranking during Season XV, i3 Ski Team looks forward to the upcoming winter season.

The i3 Ski Team emerged from the Team Feclaz Formation Longue Distance project founded four years ago, in May 2020, by Marc Desseux, Pierre Belingheri, and Emilien Buisson, with a double purpose: train young athletes both on traditional distances and introduce them to long-distance racing, initially in France.

The project made good progress over the years, and last year, the i3 Ski Team wanted to introduce the oldest and most successful athletes to the highest level, allowing them to discover Ski Classics.

For the upcoming Ski Classics Season XVI, the French squad is bringing six Pro Team athletes, three women and three men, all from France: Tania Kurek (2001), Leonie Besson (2003), Daphne Patois (2005), Simon Vuillet (2000), Nathan Jouannon (2000), and Pierre Belingheri (1983).

"i3 Ski Team, a team of young high level cross-country skiers, based in France (in La Feclaz). The goals for the elite athletes are to perform on international circuits - Ski Classics, FESA Cup and World Cup," says Pro Team Director Marc Desseux.

This French Pro Team has excellent potential, and they will fight tooth and nail for the title of the best French Pro Team in the upcoming season.
