This German Pro Team presents youth and experience hand-in-hand. There are three athletes who have been around the block for a long time. Thomas Freimuth, who used to have the best German result at Vasaloppet, finished 41^st at La Diagonela and 62^nd at Vasaloppet, Michael Förster did not take part in any Pro Tour races last winter, and Karin Weltert finished 27^th at La Diagonela last season.

The younger athletes have no extensive experience in Visma Ski Classics, but they have undertaken some races in recent years. Melina Mayer finished 40^th at Toblach-Cortina last season while Adrian Bosshart was 71^st and Tobias Dargatz 88^th in the men’s competition. Melina Schöttes was 19^th at La Diagonela while Philipp Unger did not race last winter. At the age of 19, Anna-Maria Dietze managed to round off Vasaloppet as the 30^th best female skier in 2019.
